Self Esteem

A healthy self-esteem is indispensable for your own well-being and to establish agreable relationships. It should not be too high, neither too low.

Sometimes that seems out of reach. Time and again, the inner critic comes to bang you on the head. You make yourself small, you feel inadequate. Or you make yourself grandiose, and yet don’t get the appreciation you hoped for. Some things we just didn’t learn, or we unlearned them, like a hopeful and optimistic view on life, or taking good care of ourselves. And so people say : that person doesn’t love himself. Auch.

People tend to disbelieve real change is possible for them. It is true we cannot change facts. But I can help you increase your insight and change your perception. We can shed our harnass, our crust of fear and defenses. We can learn to center and ground and experience the support of the earth. Whereafter we can open up for others and for a higher vibration of universal intelligence and inspiration. Without getting ungrounded, floating or being destructive.

We don’t have to search for it in possessions or external circumstances, instead we can learn to appreciate ourselves for our mere existence. We truly are amazing creatures, we can do much more than we think.  In equanimity which is not indifference, with an open heart but not weak.

I believe in your potential and I see you in your essence. I hold that vision on your essence until you can hold it yourself.

Healings do increase your self-awareness. You get to see more of yourself, you get a distict feeling you exist, that you deserve to be here, and that being here is fairly agreable. Less fragmented, more grounded in the earth and yourself. Living from essence and with your personality.

Valuable skills that you can develop for yourself are yoga and meditation. It is my pleasure to help you on your way.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
